Remote Part-Time Tutor Manager (ISD Pod Lead)

Employment Information

• Status: Remote, part-time
• Schedule: Fixed shifts from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (weekdays)
• Note: This is the time you are expected to handle day-to-day operations and monitor tutor attendance, conduct, and student experience.

• Compensation: $2,000 – $3,000 per month (contingent on budget constraints)

Role Overview

Tutor Managers are the operational leaders for an ISD tutoring pod. You will lead a team of 15-25 tutors and ensure consistent delivery across drop-in tutoring shifts and weekly SI sessions. You will handle parent concerns, monitor scheduling and attendance and tutor conduct, maintain Google Workspace and Classroom operations, approve timesheets bi-weekly, and report pod performance to Eldea leadership.
