Remote Part-Time Tutor (Drop-In Pod + SI Sessions)
Employment Information
- Status: Remote, part-time
- Schedule: Fixed shifts from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM every weekday
- Note: You are not required or guaranteed daily work, however we will make sure we match your requested hours. Your schedule will be assigned at the beginning of the semester.

- Compensation: $100 per day + Weekly SI session bonus
Role Overview
- Man a drop-in tutoring pod where students will drop in with assignment problems throughout your shift.
- Lead a weekly 60-minute SI session (educational streaming) aligned to district material in a fun and accessible way.
- Report to a Tutor Manager and follow instructions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents and provide a comfortable, fun environment.
- Coordinate with managers to develop student incentives and trackers and support celebrations and recognitions.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and compassionate student support.
- Proactively check and respond to communications via Google Workspace.
